APPEAL TO LOCATE VEHICLE LINKED TO

Police are seeking public assistance to locate a vehicle belonging to a woman whose body was located at Stockton, near Newcastle last week.
About 10:30am on Thursday 13 September the body of a 34-year-old woman, suffering from head wounds, was located inside a house in Dunbar Street.
Last Saturday (September 15) police arrested a 21-year-old Newcastle man in Maitland Road, Islington, who was charged with murder at Waratah Police Station and refused bail to appear before Newcastle Bail Court today.
Police are now seeking further information to locate a motor vehicle which belonged to the 34-year-old victim which is believed to have been taken around the time of her death.
The vehicle is described as a white Hyundai Elantra sedan, with NSW registration ZEB932. It is possible the registration plates on this vehicle may have been changed.
